Happy Sunday night! I am enjoying my last glass of wine, last slice of blueberry pie and last cup of coffee with almond milk and stevia in them. Tomorrow I start the Whole30. It basically where you eat very clean and eliminate certain types of food that can typically cause problems (gluten, dairy, processed food, sugar, etc).
I've done something similar before where I gave up gluten, and ate closer to a paleo style. It was very successful. I felt like I was eating enough and felt full. But the first few days sucked. Getting off my sugar addiction and getting used to everything is a challenge.
