Hello & happy Sunday! I am currently training for the Rock the Parkway Race in Kansas City, KS. I am on week 3 of my training plan.
Monday // Living Room Workout, Evening Cycle Class
It was cold and I didn't want to walk to all of 3 minutes to the gym. So I workout from home to one of my new favorite workouts from Tone It Up. And I went to the evening cycle class with a co-worker
Tuesday // 3 miles- 9:17/mi
3 miles split between the treadmill and the track. Followed by another Tone it Up workout on my phone.
Wednesday // 45 Minutes Elliptical
With a late night (read 9 pm) meeting every Tuesday night it was impossible for me to be awake for an early workout. I decided that I would allow myself to watch a guilty pleasure show if I went and did a slow elliptical workout.
Thursday // 30 Minute Tempo- 3.37 miles
30 Minute tempo run where pace was pushed between 6.4 mph and 7.5 mph
Friday // 3 miles- 9:10/mi
Split runs again between treadmill and track.
Saturday // 3 miles- 9:15/mi, Barbell Blast class
3 miles outside followed by gym's Barbell Blast class
Sunday // 6 miles- 9:17/mi
6 snowy and brisk miles. Felt good and felt happy to be outside. So thankful for this odd mild Maine Winter!
