Good morning and happy Monday to everyone! Have you recovered from daylight savings yet? I haven't. I know I will be loving it soon but getting my internal clock back to normal has been a true struggle. Normally I am in bed/asleep by 9 pm and up between 4:50 am and 5:10 am. But today I just couldn't do it. Even though I was asleep before 9 pm. I woke up and then fell back asleep on the couch until 7:30 am! I blame it on my long run yesterday and not napping the whole day.
Enough about daylight savings. Here is my weekly recap of training for the Rock The Parkway race.

When it is 50 degrees in March in Maine, you 4.5 mile run turns into a 6 mile run. Followed by Legs & Cardio at the gym.

Thursday // 30 Minutes Stairs //Arms & Abs
Friday // 3 Miles- 10'33"/mile // Total Body
Saturday // 5 Miles-9'11"/mile + 1.26 miles- 10'57'/mile // Aerial Yoga Class
Sunday // 10.5 Miles- 9'08"/mile
Total Miles: 30.76!
