Half-Marathon Training Week 1

weekly workout 1/8-1/24This week starts my half-marathon training plan for the my half marathon. I've signed up for the Rock the Parkway race in Kansas City. I am doing the Intermediate Hal Higdon training plan. I am hoping this will allow me to train for the race while working on my strength and weight loss goals.  Here is how my first week looks like. Monday- Tone HIIT Up, Body Bliss, Tone Burn & Flow Tuesday- 3 Miles, Toned Arms Wednesday- 5 x 400 @ 5k pace, Kettlebooty, Coconut core & Booty. PM Spin class Thursday- 3 Miles, Total Body Tone up Friday- TIU Abs, TIU HIIT Saturday- 3 Miles, Toned Arms, Barebell Blast Sunday- 5 Miles, Black Bear Strong
